Spending the last few days in Vegas has given me some amazing inspiration! One of the things I love about design here is that each hotel and restaurant is constantly trying to out-design their competition. The wild and quirky interiors synonymous with Vegas is something I don't often get the chance to see back home in Vancouver. The first place I wanted to post about was one of my favourites: Jaleo, an award winning spanish tapas and paella restaurant by culinary mastermind by José Andrés. Hey, where else can you find a bull's head wearing a wrestlers mask? Not to mention the unbelievably delicious food.

Check out the interior which totally captures the chef's casual yet unconventional food, with a spanish flair.

p.s Note the amazing light fixtures in the private dining room....hanging books!!
